Naturally Double Brewing Light Soy Sauce
This light soy sauce is crafted using 100% locally sourced soybeans and wheat from Hyogo Prefecture.
After initial fermentation with sun-dried salt, it undergoes a second brewing process using rice koji.
Ideal for delicate ingredients such as white fish, tofu, avocado, and roast beef.

Naturally Brewing Smoked Soy Sauce
